A message from your coach - Ollie

Congratulations on taking your first steps into learning meditation and starting your spiritual practice. I look forward to taking this journey with you that will ultimately help you attain peace of mind and well-being.

As this is your very first session, I have taken some time to explain everything you need to know to about the course, but if you still have questions simply reply to any of my emails or you’ll find a button at the bottom of every page that will put you in contact with me.

The Mantra

The mantra technique requires a good understanding of the theory behind it (Don’t worry, we’ll provide this!) but most importantly, we need to have the confidence and motivation to apply it to your daily life.

Whilst we can recommend beneficial habits and techniques, ultimately none are mandatory and it is in your hands what you implement or don’t, you know your life best but we’re here to help you make it better!

Ideally, a 15-minute morning session to start your day is what we recommend. That way you start your day with a fresh, calm mind and carry through the benefits of mantra meditation throughout the day. If this isn’t possible as a routine, or even just on that day, an evening practice can be equally helpful by allowing you unwind and release the accumulated stresses of the day.

Meditation is going to be beneficial whenever you do it, so don’t beat yourself up if it varies; that being said it does help long-term growth to practice within a regular routine.

How you'll benefit:

Whilst meditation can sometimes be portrayed as demanding, complicated or arduous, the mantra course is straight-forward, forgiving and can offer big benefits like serenity and anxiety relief after only a few sessions.

Due to these characteristics, the mantra course is the perfect introduction to meditation as a whole.

The guided meditation will recite your personal mantra to you at intervals during the course of your desired time to help you remain focused, in future sessions the intervals will be reduced until you’re no longer reliant on them.

How to prepare yourself:

We’re aiming to get you to a place where you will be comfortable, confident and understand the practice to the point where you’ll be able to continue on your own and integrate it into your daily life.

You may have a lot of questions that feel unanswered, but I’m here to help, so send me an email.

Make sure you’re feeling relaxed and ready before you begin your first guided meditation.
