Equanimity means accepting everything as it is. This is the central teaching of Vipassana, to learn to accept all outcomes, whether they are good or bad, and to enjoy good experiences without clinging to them and to have bad experiences without becoming adverse to them.

In Vipassana meditation, you will learn and experience the impermanent nature of everything. By realising that all thought and emotions are temporary, you will be better equipped at managing ruminating thoughts and negative feelings

In this 22 session Vipassana master class, you will learn everything there is to know about insight meditation.

This course will not only cover the techniques involved in Vipassana but also the ideas and theories behind it too.

This is a unique 22-day course for mediators looking to create their own authentic meditation practice. By taking this course, you’ll experience all the benefits of one of the oldest meditation techniques in the world.

Traditionally Vipassana is taught in two parts. First, you will learn Anapanasati (mindful breathing), which will help you focus and quieten the mind. This is the foundation you build to move on to the second part, the Vipassana (insight) technique.

Each guided lesson will be accompanied by an audio and written to about the nature of Vipassana to help you grow and develop your practice.
