Personalising your course to help you……
As you tune further into your emotions, you will become more aware of the positive and negative sides of your personality. Each sitting of Vipassana brings about further self-reflections and self-understanding.
Equanimity means accepting everything as it is. This is the central teaching of Vipassana, to learn to accept all outcomes, whether they are good or bad, and to enjoy good experiences without clinging to them and to have bad experiences without becoming adverse to them.
In Vipassana meditation, you will learn and experience the impermanent nature of everything. By realising that all thought and emotions are temporary, you will be better equipped at managing ruminating thoughts and negative feelings
In this 22 session Vipassana master class, you will learn everything there is to know about insight meditation.
This course will not only cover the techniques involved in Vipassana but also the ideas and theories behind it too.
This is a unique 22-day course for mediators looking to create their own authentic meditation practice. By taking this course, you’ll experience all the benefits of one of the oldest meditation techniques in the world.
Gain clarity, peace and focus in less than 30 minutes a day.

Ollie has attended multiple silent Vipassana courses across the globe, learning in the styles of S.N Goenka and Thich Nhat Hanh.
Whilst living in Thailand he took vows and had a residency in a monastery living as a Buddhist monk. His accumulated wealth of knowledge about meditation and its intricacies has helped him develop a newfound inner peace.
Ollie’s know that most people don’t have the time or freedom to attend 10-day silent mediation courses, or to go in live as a monk across the globe. For that reason, he put together this vipassana meditation online course so anyone can benefit from these ancient and valuable teaching in way that works for them.
