Does One of Your Chakras Need Healing? Take This Chakra Test to Find Out

The seven chakras are energy centers that are said to exist within our subtle body (energetic body), starting at the bottom of our spine and ending at the crown of our heads.

The idea is that they facilitate the flow of life force energy through our bodies. When our emotional stability is compromised, our chakras become unbalanced, leading to ill health.

Chakra healing is the process of identifying chakra imbalances and then finding a healing technique or practice that is suitable for your needs.

What if a Chakra Is Blocked

Closed chakras can manifest themselves as anything from an ailment within the physical body to turbulence within our emotional life.

This could surface as digestive issues, intimacy issues, loss of meaning, fear of rejection, abdominal pains, and the list goes on and on.

Whatever the symptom is, pursuing spiritual growth will always yield positive results and guide you towards a more meaningful life.

Solfeggio Frequencies

Solfeggio frequencies are a specific set of tones that correspond to our chakras. For example, the 4th tone corresponds with the heart chakra, while the 7th tone corresponds to the crown chakra.

Solfeggio frequencies can be used as a form of sound therapy and are extremely effective way to balance both our emotional and physical bodies.
