Increase your focus, gain emotional control and build positive thinking

Using a mantra can improve concentration and boost awareness. You’ll find it easier to focus during the day, as you’ll be better able to bring your mind back to the task at hand when it starts wandering.

Mantra meditations can help bring us back to the present moment and see a situation objectively. You’ll practise returning your mind to the mantra which can improve emotional control, allowing you to take a step back from difficult situations.

Studies have shown that meditation can give your immune system a boost, and this is especially true for a mantra practice. When we practise a mantra meditation, we are welcoming positive energy into our bodies and minds.

Your mantra can be anything, and while some people opt for a neutral word, others choose to use a word of phrase that ignites positivity, self confidence and calm. A morning mantra meditation can help build self belief and positive thinking.

What is Mantra?

A mantra meditation involves concentrating the mind on a word or phrase.

When you find your mind wandering, return your focus to your mantra.

While some meditations encourage using a positive affirmation as your mantra, we use phrases with no emotional connection to the outside world.

Choosing a neutral word or phrase means your mantra can be returned to when you feel overwhelmed, helping you to take a step back from worry and anxiety.

Studies have shown mantra meditation as an effective tool in improving cognitive and emotional health.
