I hope that you’ve found this short course enjoyable and that it has brought some positive changes to your life! 

In Yoga Nidra 4, you will find that the rotation of consciousness will differ from the previous 3. 

Go into the session with an open mind and don’t allow your mind to jump ahead else you may miss a section. The sequence must be followed correctly. 

Yoga Nidra 4 will also introduce you to Spontaneous thought. You will be asked to act as a witness to your thoughts and to observe them, once again, without becoming engaged with them
